Neal Uchida entered the Real Estate profession in 2003 with Prudential United Realty and quickly become one of their top producing agents. He has been recognized by the Real Estate Board of Vancouver as a Medallion Club member representing the top 10% of The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Recognizing the Real Estate industry and technology is consistently changing Neal has committed to continuing his education by upgrading his license to the Managing Broker's status, an advanced higher level of licensing to include Rental Property Management. In 2007, Neal attended British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and successfully completed all academic requirements of the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BC (ASTTBC) for their Certified Home Inspector (CHI) Designation.

Neal's real estate management and business background includes opening a branch office for Prudential United Realty as well as being a partner in his own Real Estate Brokerage. In 2009, he sold his interest in Blu Realty Corp. to focus his career full time on real estate investing, sales and marketing. He now enjoys working with his wife and business partner and together they are able to continually provide the highest calibre of professional service to all their clients. Prior to entering the real estate industry Neal was employed by the Ministry of Children and Family Development and has worked as a Foster Parent, Group Home & Wilderness Resort Residential Child and Youth Care Worker and One to One Youth Care Worker working with
'at risk youth'

In his spare time, Neal trains and competes in martial arts. He has been involved in the martial arts for over 15 years and is certified as a National boxing coach with the Canadian Amateur Boxing Association and also has an extensive background in kickboxing, submission wrestling and Brazilian Jujitsu. He also focuses on the healing art of Japanese Shiatsu and is currently completing the Shiatsupractor® Diploma program at The Canadian College of Shiatsu Therapy.
