In 2009, Tracy achieved the prestigious Medallion Club status which recognizes the top 10% of all Greater Vancouver REALTORS® by the Vancouver Real Estate Board.
Neal's real estate career began in 2003 with Prudential United Realty and quickly become one of their top producers and a member of the Vancouver Real Estate Board's Medallion Club, which recognizes the top 10% of all Greater Vancouver REALTORS®. In 2006, He opened a branch office for Prudential United Realty located in Kitsilano and in May of 2007, he started Blu Realty Corp. which now has a successful team of REALTORS® proudly representing the BLU brand. Neal is the Managing Broker licensed for real estate trading services and rental property management under the Real Estate Services Act.
